Hotel partner terms (summary)

Registration is free. Listings go live after BHRC verifies your business and you accept these terms.

Commission: BHRC charges a commission of 5% of the total booking value (including VAT) on each eligible completed reservation. Commission is provisional at booking and becomes earned when the stay is completed, or when a cancellation/no-show charge is retained. Refunded amounts do not attract commission. The commission rate can only be changed by BHRC with written notice.

Payment collection and payouts: BHRC collects guest payments through Stripe Connect. Your allocation (booking value less 5% commission and any refunds) is transferred to your connected Stripe account after guest check-out according to the payout schedule. You must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts.

Processing fees: card processing fees are borne by BHRC from its commission unless agreed otherwise.

Chargebacks: payouts for disputed bookings may be held until the dispute is resolved. Where a dispute is lost because of the property’s failure to provide the booked service, BHRC may recover the amount from future payouts.

Your obligations: accurate descriptions, photos you own the rights to, honouring confirmed bookings, compliance with fire safety, licensing, accessibility (Equality Act 2010), consumer and data-protection laws, and responding to guest complaints.

Rate and availability accuracy: you are responsible for keeping prices and availability current in your BHRC dashboard.
