Review policy

Only guests who booked through BHRC and completed their stay can submit a verified review, once per stay. Reviews are published without payment or incentive and BHRC does not edit their content.

We remove reviews that are abusive, discriminatory, contain personal data, are not about the stay, or that we reasonably believe are fake. Properties can reply publicly but cannot remove reviews.

This policy is designed to meet the fake-review rules in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
